The Salvo Hole was where the "entire" beach was shaped into a mountain of sand and this hole was at the highest peak of it.

It all just looks like deep water and was found from somebody catching and leaving a bunch of blowtoads on the beach there.

I didn't find it somebody else did and it turned out to be the best ever maybe try pulling off 1.35 miles south of Ramp 23.

Using your car odometer to find it, I heard last summer that area was closed for the birds and I do not know if it is open.

If not that spot probably would be open later during the fall like October and that whole area would be worth checking out.
