Although collards seem to be "Food of the Month", found this item to be outstanding.

Not all of us have luxury of "fresh" shrimp.

On North Coast all is frozen or previously frozen.

Found new item that's = or better than most fresh found on the east coast and the gulf. Advertised as Argentine pink shrimp. Frozen, raw, peeled and deveined. Bought in 2 lb. bag. Brand found = Icy Ocean.

And ... had 1st discernible snow yesterday, flurries and pellets, w/ no accumulation.

Last...had temporary fix to storm damage on roof shored up stronger to last winter. Finished hours before 20 hrs. of steady and sometimes heavy rain and wind Sat. Re-roof scheduled for spring.
