Best Fishing

Need some good advise.Moving back to the outerbanks at the end of april.Been gone for a year living in the mountains of Nc.Been out of touch with the fishing and this has been the only connection i have had for my beloved outerbanks.Need info on best places to fish in april and may.And any good ideas for some good surf rods and reels.Thanks so much for keeping me up to daye with the fishing, Bill
