Between the damage and the renters taking things ... I don't know what goes through people's heads. I used to have 6 propane tanks.... now I have three. Tide Clock off the wall.... gone.... blankets... gone pillows etc. one month had a $700 elec bill. They must have had the doors open. It used to be that the rental income offset the taxes and some of the utility bill but when you put a price on your time... it's just not worth it. I come die for vacation but when I spend half my time fixing things... it's just not worth it.

I do have to say by contrast... the guy across the street from me rents thtough the same rental company and a never had a problem with the tenants or the rental company but everyone else I talked to has the same problems.
