Good for you!! Out from under renters and the rental Co.'s.

Btw: did get "adjustment" check from rental Co. for squalor at June rental in Rodanthe. Co. w/ most complaints on HI.

Grin for today...After enduring wrath of Mrs. Capt for this Capt's decision on new leather couch (cost same as our new car in 1969), which she hates as too slippery and sinks btw the cushions - tho xtra firm, told her to pick new mattress herself. After weeks of searchin, even goin to a factory, decided on one at local furniture store. Most expensive of those considered. If it costs more must be better...female logic - if there is such a thing. Was ready to order Tues when found out store closes today - forever!
