There has never been a hemroid that is a bigger pain in the ass than that DMV in Manteo is ......My Dad passed in April and gave me a truck......it took 3 trips from Hatteras to get the title right......you had better be there at 8:00am...to expect to get anything done.....they open at 8:30am
