I did not see any collar on the dog. I was going to try to get it and the dog seemed to be spooky.

The restaurants aren't suppose to feed the feral cats but I know some do and may have been why it was around there.

Looked like a white lab and was healthy, I have not seen the dog again.

I know when the county catches loose dogs from the trailer park here they take them to PetSmart in Nags Head for some reason.

You have to go pick them up from that pet store.
