Mostly, I fish the Delaware Beaches around Cape Henlopen in the Kayak and rock piles around Indian River Inlet but to be honest, I think the N.J. Beaches are better. I fish with a guy that goes to Barnegat Light N.J. and he does pretty well. I also think the Striper fishing is good around the Mouth of the Chesapeake in December. Kiptopeake is a hot spot around that time. Not the best place to surf fish but would love to hit in the Kayak one of these years. Thanksgiving there is still a good drum bite in the OBX. That's way more reliable than where the stripers are going to be. If I were you, I would do some more research and find the beast place around the time you want to travel.
