Spanky's in Kitty Hawk was close to parking max but do-able, you won't go away hungry with their fish seafood combo if you want good and cheap.

You get a fatter piece with the fried catfish than flounder if you want to be a pig, also have good onion rings and fried okra it's not greasy.
