November Fishing

Hey, guys - been a "lurker" on this board for a LONG time. Bringing my dad to OBX in Nov (18-21) to treat him to some fishing before Thanksgiving. Looking for a little advice:

1. I'll be staying in Hatteras - I'm looking for a spot to cast a net. Anyone got any good ideas where I can look for some mullet to snag that time of year?

2. I've never caught a stripped bass - are they normally there that time of year? Any good tips on what makes them bite (location/lure/bait)?

3. REDFISH - that is what I'm hoping to reel in. Have the same question here that I had for the stripers.
