Bein a Marine...you can rent boat and be your own Capt at Charley's Rental. Waves.

Also there is a sound Capt that frequently posts here. Don't know him. You can look up his posts, and get his name and number.

And yeah, Rodanthe was abysmal fishin this trip. Worst ever at East Point due to sand bars. Waves tho picked up nicely.
