Fried Apples

In Response To: Chicken Enchilada Casserole (King)

Another old recipe of mine if you need a great side dish to go with something.

Fried Apples

bag of apples - peeled and sliced
stick of butter
pinch of salt
nutmeg - 4 or 5 shakes
cinnamon - 4 or 5 shakes
brown sugar - 1/2 to 3/4 cup

Start on high #9 until butter melts then turn heat down to #6, stir often and cook until soft.
