Last year somebody was playing that music when the fireworks started at Avalon Pier.
I'd guess Apocalypse Now probably has been a boost for recruitment but not reality, also you don't have to comment.
One of my grandfathers was in the Korean War and only said the landscape looked the same about the tv series MASH.
Zulu was a really great old war movie that's suppose to be based on a true story.
I came across some writings passed down by my grandmother's family I think from the earlier part of the 1800s judging by when born and being young.
They tried to settle in Florida and didn't stay because of the indians.
Anyways the old western Hollywood seems to have got it exactly right about shooting out of the cross holes and the way it was designed.
The house didn't get burned down like in the movies for some reason and didn't say why or anything about it.
Started with an ambush and one of the men was hurt then moved to the house.
They were trapped in the house for 3 days fighting them off and had to eat raw sweet potatoes.
Said you had to shoot them in the head.
I'm sure it's better down there now a days.
