Where do you fish on the Roanoke? I've fished it once years ago with my cousin who lives in Greenville but grew u in Bertie County. Water was high and fast that day and my cousin was cussin us Virgians for lettin water out of the Gaston/Kerr dam anytime it pleases us and givin no thought to the COUNTRYFOLK! Who lived below. We caught nothin that day but did well other times on the Chowan and Cashie at the San-souci ferry area. I plan on moving down there when I retire so to be near all that water and away from the crowd.
