1st week of march

Im headin down to kill devil hills first week in march for business. Im interested in surf fishing only. What can i expect if anything and what baits times and tides and locations close to kill devil should i be fishing. I really appreciate any help its been a while since ive been able to get away to somewhere near the water. Thanks all.
