Forecasts seen say warmer than usual w/ less precip. Hope so, need a break from the -17 and -18 of last 2 winters,

No wooly bears seen here either. Strange. Just the Asian beetles tryin to get in. Even those very few.

Squirrels, chipmunks and deer thorn in this Capt's side. Deer pee killed about 25 spots in rear lawn. Replanted seed. Bout every day 1/2 dug up or hoofed up. "No Win Scenario."

This week will be connecting gutter heat cables and coverin up AC unit.

Had 4 hard frosts and (1) 28 degrees so far.
