Should be some blue crabs if the water is warm, the fishing will vary depending on where your staying and what's around at that time.
A small pier or freshwater rod, double hook bottom rig with a 1 oz. or less bank style sinker and bait try small pieces of fish for a variety.
And if you have a light shining on the water I'd try fishing after dark too as that can draw them in around there.
For the crabs chicken necks are the best as it's hard for them to pick off or get a pack of other parts, throw out on the end of a string with sinker.
Pulling the crabs in easy and netting them might take some practice.
