The bypass, beach road and main side streets were dry and back to normal this afternoon in Kill Devil Hills.

I checked out the frozen sound and piers on Bay Drive, the boat ramp in KDH was the best spot was kind of thawed out on the north end.

The deck and steps are still coated in ice.
