Here is my question.Bluefish great fresh cooked on day caught,stinkers if frozen.I've cooked many blues fresh caught,terrific.I have been told to not even think about freezing them.Froze spanish and kings which are also oily,they cooked up great.Straighten me out on the freezing blue fish thing.Thanks Rodney.
