I thought those guys were crazy, with the current and boats and that someone might purposefully hooked them lol. They kept pointing to something in the water not 2 ft off the rocks on the south sound side by the work boat launch. Lookoedlike an old column of steel something or another. Looked deep too.

This morning fished outgoing tide in duck by the research pier. Had lots of grubs ripped up by blues. Bait fish going crazy. Live bait on the fishfinder led to nothing. Every bait possible on a bottom rig nothing. So I'm at a loss here. May go pier fishing tonight. If not tomorrow is my last go. Really mad at nc though as new inlet ramp was my go to spot and I can no longer access it due to the construction.
