Tonight's Meal

I just wanted to check it out. I don't know if I'm going the temperature on the car said 103 degrees today and tomorrow is going to be a repeat then thunderstorms and cooling off some low 80s the rest of the week.
Dinner tonight was an already steamed shrimp pickup from "I've Got Your Crabs" in Kitty Hawk, $15.99 for a pound but were really good and worth it. Came in a foam tray with thumb size holes on the top, I left the bag open and took them out as soon as I got back and didn't have any trouble with the shrimp being overcooked from the drive back.
Dipping sauce was store cocktail sauce that I added extra minced jar horseradish to it.
My homemade coleslaw for a side and a bowl of fresh sliced up pineapple, it's a lot better than canned.
If you pick the pineapple with the most yellow on the outside out of the bunch at the store they taste like you dipped them in sugar.
