Deer Repellent

I still have a big doe getting in the yard and going after everything on the cucumbers, I had chase it out. I did stop by Lowe's in Kill Devil Hills yesterday and got some deer repellent spray and looked at the wire fence, quarts were around $12-$15 dollars. They had three different kinds 2 for deer / rabbits / squirrels and 1 for everything else including deer. Silly me decided to take the tops off and see if the repellents stunk.

I got "Go Away" it had an ammonia smell that wasn't too bad, the sprayer is nice either mist or stream. That one didn't look like it was selling very good by the amount of bottles on the shelf. The other one that was almost sold out must have been fermenting inside the bottle because it exploded out when I opened it, all over my hands and shoe. Smelled like rotten eggs but 10 times worst same with the one for everything just not as bad. I figured the neighbors wouldn't like those too much.

Anyway I sprayed them and no trouble with the deer last night.
