That's exactly what I've been watching. I have seen him mnay times working the nets and throwing back way more than he keeps. I think he's after flounder, but I could be wrong.
It may be coincidence but the fishing from shore there is not what it was 15 years ago. People used to park there and wade out to fish the pilings during striper season, haven't seen that in a while.
