Deep Sea Charter Advice

My family and I will be traveling to the Salvo area for the July 4th week. We are planning on going deep sea fishing out of the Oregon Inlet. We will have 2 kids with us (9 and 10 years old.) Anyone have any suggestions on a good Captian to team up with that will put us on the fish and still be kid friendly. Thanks.
