In my opinion not very well thought out besides getting the cheapest rent. They need a better drainage ditch system where going.

To be located at 3809 N. Croatan in Kitty Hawk that would be the little strip mall with I Got Your Crabs and Papa John's Pizza.

I don't see how it's going to handle that crowd with the limited parking there. I found it's easier to go in from on the bypass.

Then go out around the back beside I Got Your Crabs, watch out for deep pothole cut through the neighborhood over to beach road.
