I'd say another huge gob of your money being wasted, when is NOAA Fisheries going on the chopping block?

I'm sure it's my piece of cheese and no thought of anything else like burning fuel as 10 knots = 11.5 mph.

It would be better with satellite trackers but then their office might lose a chunk of government blubber.
