i drink very little soda. no artificial sweeteners. hardly ever processed. learned to eat good but less. try to get some exercise each day. the older i get the harder it is. i baked off a ham this week. i know it's smoked and has salt. but i don't add any to food. tonight it's ham and cabbage, potatoes, carrots and onion, with homemade chicken broth. i know you can't eat like this all the time, but the more the better.
next 2 days windy and cold, then big warm up. i can hear those morrels getting restless. all take care.
