Property taxes on North Coast also up as high as 100%!!! This Capt lucky only went up $266 for the year.

60.3 % of property taxes here go to schools which are no longer built to last, + they are not well maintained making their life span even less. So old are torn down, and new built w/ cost passed to homeowners.

Today's aggravation. Bank to cash Fed. tax refund. Won't cash... only can deposit. Funds then available after 24 hours.

65 w/ storms tomorrow (Wed.) Snow and 25 Thurs.
