Looks like a "Dem" ...talking out of each side.

Trump moving in so many directions they don't know which way to turn.

Disagree w/ turning into a "Riviera". Finish the job and give it back to the Palestinians as is. They chose Hamas. Let them rebuild it.

On the North Coast:

Can finally see grass after weeks of frigid temps and snow cover.

Prices continue rising. W/ egg shortage already outrageous bakery will just continue to rise. Name brand butter = $6.99. Eggs $6.79. Miracle Whip $6.78. Dozen donuts (donut shops) as high as $17.99.

Gas prices finally down below $3.

Rodanthe house evacuated from last summer back in rental program. Site shows no current pics. Seen pics elsewhere... erosion not offset in any way. Renters will be unhappy.

Booked house for 2 weeks OF in Kitty Hawk mid to end of June. Family split btw 4 houses. Several kids bringin dogs. Say boarding too expensive.
