Capt D - Snow and LA Fire Report

We got about 3 inches of sleet and snow it's not the fluffy kind of snow. The roads are a mess probably be worst by morning.
Talked to my aunt in Las Vegas and she had talked to her old neighbors in Los Angeles and the fire was just over the mountain.
They had their cars packed and were waiting, all the homeowners there had got together and paid somebody to clean up the brush.
Fire dept had recommend it, had concrete walls for fences in backyards then woods on the side of a mountain behind their houses.
She said they have those winds in Las Vegas but not as bad said they get funneled and speed up to 100 mph in the mountains there.
Said they caught a mentally ill homeless guy with a blowtorch setting Christmas trees and trash cans on fire thought started one.
Aunt said they said 75 million was missing and think the mayor gave it to Uganda in Africa and she was over there when it started.
