we ended up getting another 3 inches. wind got up and drifted side roads shut. so far not much tree damage.
mushrooms, i found some shaggy manes and hen of the woods
up here. they were pretty good, but nothing even comes
close to the morrels. i tried to preserve them but didn't
work very good. best thing is to eat them when you get them
and share if you get to many. man, it's cold, they are calling for teens at night for at least 2 weeks. none of this snow has melted and probably won't. sides of my driveway are about 14 inches where i've been pushing. stay warm
