My mowing has been done since mid September. Thats the last time be got any measurable rain. I have a barrel of sticks ready to burn and I can't cause burn ban is in effect. I just picked the last of my peppers. I have one tomato plant still producing. It was sheltered enough, the frost didn't really get to it.

Went out for white perch last weekend. Tackle shop didn't have any bloodworms so I settled for night crawlers & fake bloodworms. Was super windy so I launched the Yak back in the creeks to try to get a shelter. It was still very cold. Fish finder battery cut out before I left the dock. Fished my normal holes but only managed 2 perch and a itty bitty black drum. Should have taken a net for grass shrimp but it takes so long to catch a decent amount of shrimp only to have a 2 inch spot clean off your hook in a microsecond. Wish I could buy grass shrimp at the tackle shop.
