For better perspective as to where this is...

Kohler Ct. runs parallel to ocean butting against East Point Drive to the north. Pics are taken from East Point Dr. where this Capt had to evacuate this summer. That OF house is completely undermined. House across from it on East Point already has buckling pilings.
