Celebrating the election win w/ dinner tonite w/ the squeeze. Bacon wrapped scallops, sno crab, baked potato, brocolli, garlic bread.
FBI son-in-law not at the "event" yesterday. Team was already in place in WI for the convention.
Otherwise on the North Coast...
Hot, hot, hot. Need a lot of rain.
Shopped groceries this AM. Corn @ .75 an ear!! Remember when was 13 for a $1 and you left the $1 in a tin can at farmers stand. All bakery continues to climb, same w/ beef and cleaning supplies.
Side effect from pills post heart attack sendin this Capt back for more surgery. Daily house duties, outside maintenance fallin way behind as a result.
Started annual HOA home inspections yesterday. Partnered w/ another young lovely. Should finish by late week.
New county property tax evaluations arrived. This Capt's up $60,000... 15%. Varies by city. Lucky as one city thats looks like current Gaza, up = 67%.
Demo and reinstall of all HOA roads continuing. To be mid Aug. completion. Curb and sidewalk repairs done and look good. Asphalt work begins this week to last a month.
HOA panties in a wad as swimming pool and hot tub off limits w/ broken piping. They can't wash their nubile bodies off.
