No crabs chewing on the bait is bad sign. I think sometimes you get a current coming out of the Chesapeake Bay that does it.

When the wind and current changes direction it could be good. I'd try the muddy spots up close at the beach maybe 1 in each 1.

Looks like mostly boating .......
