Amongst friends growin up, this Capt was the only one w/ Red Ryder BB gun. (Wood stock and leather lanyard). Never wore it out. Is on a bathroom wall at younger sons house.

We too were often targeted in cemetery across street - our inner city playground.

Re: the water gel gun. Jury still out. Original targeted was nearly double price once shipping /handling added. Found a cheaper version w/ no shipping/handling.

Crime won't decrease till perps are thrown in jail. Moly-coddlin doesn't work!

Re: Memorial Day. Shocked Sat. when parishioners at church thanked this Capt for his service. No idea how they knew as don't advertise it.

Yesterday on North Coast dodged weather again w/ tornado warned storm out to the WNW. Only got light showers. Still very dry.

Boneless beef rib outcome. Shrank in 1/2 but soft as butter.

Watched last 1/2 of Indy 500 after dinner w/ squeeze who was pullin for Rahal. Thought race dull + broadcasters were bush league.
