I was making a rasping noise breathing out, safe tussin cough syrup and Tylenol sinus severe worked.

It was inside my ears too and have been same way just not bad I had a flu shot in fall, did no good.

I have noticed the older you get the more it does not get any easier or better and as for gardening.

I've seen that and don't mess with it at all. I've done the best having a lot of worms staying in it.

For worms I like half rotten leaves and coffee grounds mixed and mix into the top layer of the garden.

I've noticed vermicomposting and that might be a better way .......
