21 degrees at 0600 hrs, wind chill to be in teens all day.

Fast food burgers on the North Coast up about $1 (if use coupon). Burger King.

Food at groceries has not dropped, if anything still slowly rising. Worst = in store bakeries. Example: Box of Christmas cookies = $32.95. And Land O Lakes butter last week $4.79 - $6.79 lb.

HOA fee for 2024 unchanged. Snow removal and mowing = 48% of budget. All streets to be replaced 2024-2025 w/ no assessment to residents.
