i think west virginia tried tiger trout for a while. have not heard any more about them. i think gold trout came from wv. stocked trout(put and take) i don't think they taste very good. feed at hatchery equal dog food. native or creek born whole new ball game. tasty. they say they have been stocking around here. gimmick to get you to buy fishing license.
snowing here now, about 3 inches. i bet you are going to get slammed. wind chill warning here tomorrow. throw another log on the fire.
