We're now in the 6-8" range with a possible of up to 1/2" of freezing rain. Not the best forecast. The snow I can handle but freezing rain that thick scares me.
I-95 in VA. is gonna get hit hard again. Hope they learned something from last week.
We sure did in 2007, worked for PennDOT at the time. I-78 shutdown for over 24 hours.
PA State Police now have to do a welfare check on all vehicles stuck over a 5 mile backlog. Plus pull all plow trucks off secondary roads to handle the Interstate system.
Anyhow, hope everybody stays safe & warm.
