Good news re: your dad.
Mrs. Capt also on oxygen last few days and is also at 94...she's on 4 liters.
This Capt's supplier of tobacco informed him last month that his brand has been discontinued. Said something like "apparently you are the only one who orders em". Least yours are still around. Substitute is terrible - stale.
The gadget you mention is a Pulse/Ox meter. Everyone should have one. Saved the life of son-in-law when Paramedics in Salvo said he was OK. Summer before last when he threw the embolisms to edge of his lungs. Lucky nurse daughter had one and insisted he be taken to hospital "Immediately."
This morning Mrs. Capt tested positive for COVID. She hasn't eaten or drunk any liquids since last Wed. Add to that to what Hospice says, and what we see, and we feel she's very near the end of her journey.
Maples here starting to show patches of red, purple. Been dry for last 2 weeks. Rain in forecast tonight thru Thurs. Morning. Been round 80 - 82 lately but to drop to round 70 for a while once the rain ends.
Continue to take it slooooooow old timer!!
