No reports of similar illness here on North Coast.
Good you are better. Very sorry to hear about what your dad is going through. Know the feeling of helplessness.
As for the Noc a Noc in video, heard about that place sometime in the past. Always at least a kernel of truth in old stories.
Surprisingly no bear sightings yet this season here. Coyotes seen almost daily. Pretty boring cept for skunks diggin up yellow jacket nests in yards.
At a luncheon after funeral Mon. was teased about bear report years ago out back. Was ideal time to tell story again for the listeners but certainly not the place to do it. Can't remember if I told it here in past...where this Capt's bear report was laid "bare" with a motion camera pic.
Anyhow, you stay on the mend. Assume some of the local gals are checking on you daily.
