New administration accomplishments to date:

Price of food
Price of gas
Price of autos
Price of homes
Price of anything else
Price of heating oil/natural gas (yup its comin)
Afghanistan
Crime
Illegal immigration
Clear COVID information
Convincing certain portion of their base to get shots
Payments to keep folks from working
Censoring media not in agreement with party line
Five trillion (combined totals) of Infrastructure bills.

Complaints are met with, caused by or to offset, "effects of global warming".

Trump has to be lickin his chops...

North Coast to get relief from heat warnings and storms starting later today. Been preventing completion of cleanout of gardens and mulching that's normally completed by May.

Still workin on repairs from June trip. Last to do = remove rust, repaint steel portions, and re-web favorite fishin sand chair. (Have 2 new ones but "depression mentality" won't allow throw away of repairable items).

Thumb still hurtin from pruning sprain, and knees still sufferin from oven repair weeks ago. Probably arthritis set in.

Home prices here in the OP development up 20%. Selling in days, not weeks or months.
