There are exceptions...in some cases Black Lives do Matter... to others...

Have Home Health Aides here 14+ hours a day to help w/ Mrs. Capt. 3 of them. Good help (that can be trusted) hard to find on the North Coast. Most Aides are black. Had no choice but to bite the bullet and take a chance on one of them or not have overnite coverage. That Aide from Tanganyika, thus black. But...

Tiny,
Soft spoken,
Has BA in economics.
Is in nursing school now,
Has been an aide since 2000.
2 kids in same Catholic High school as ours attended,
Super gentle and thorough.
and...Mrs. Capt is pleased w/ her.

So... though sometimes we generalize (and that's pretty easy to do especially in northern states where welfare, drugs and no work ethic run rampant)...there are exceptions and we're dam lucky to have found one.

Thought the above might be worthwhile to share.
