7" general snow over nite w/ some drifting this morning on the North Coast.. Temp 15 at 0700 hrs.

Inside w/ fireplace on = 77.

Winds to shift to N today and "lake effect" snow expected. How much additional anyone's guess.

1/2 of crew + 2 dogs over yesterday bringing brunch and later dinner.

Other 1/2 crew due today w/ 3 dogs. Bringing dinner again.

Leftovers spilling from frig.

Cookies, cakes, cheesecakes, 2 dozen donuts spread allover the house.

We've begun Home Health Aides daytime and nites in last 2 weeks to help w/ Mrs. Capt who now is wheelchair bound. New territory for this Capt. All are women who continue to bring pastry and gifts...very surprising. Think they have their eyes on this Capt:):)
