I saw this one posted today glad I'm zigging and zagging at the right time ............
My mother just sold her house in KDH barely 2 weeks ago. Real estate agent wanted to list it for 265. Mom wanted to list higher then negotiate down, so it was listed at 279. The house was on the market for less than 48 hours and had 10 offers. She even had sellers writing her letters telling her why she should pick them. It sold for 295, but the buyer's financing fell through, so the next highest offer got the house at 293. I'd say it absolutely is a sellers market right now.
