i have had Geico for about 15 years now for all my insurance. State Farm was way to high. when i had trouble with the trees and critters, Geico took care of everything, and never raised my policy. of course i had a $500.00 deductable. don't know about beach property, i'm sure that's a BIG difference. BTW since i got my cat, i have had no problems with critters in my vehicles. she hunts from daylight to dark. only thing i think she might be getting some of my frogs.
