You sayin your driveway 3 miles to street? Does mailman have a horse?? (This Capt's milkman did in inner city in the 40 - 50's).

Had house built here in OP 55 and over community in 2004. Back then behind us a horse trail and miles of woodlands.
Bear scat bout 30 ft. behind the house, mountain lions spotted 2x, minks, turtles, turkeys + deer, and all the usual varmints.Since woodlands sold and homes built ($500,000 - $1,500,000)and coyotes arrived, all left are deer, minks, turkeys, and varmints. Would be less than that but have common undeveloped land in our community and south side abuts a conservation area.
