Furnace on... yes and no. Was the blower motor in squirrel cage that pushes air, hot or cold. All one unit w/ evaporator coils above burner portion, and squirrel cage below.
No blower motor = no AC or heat.
Serviceman left, said "all done", Had to call em right back as was no air comin thru vents. Way of the world these days. Excuse = motor set in reverse from factory and he didn't notice. As Fox frequently said "Trust No One"!!
