Just finished mowin around 1230 hrs. Sweatin like a pig. Like to think its swaetin out all the poisons....

Your acreage sounds great. Never had garden larger than 6ft. X 12ft. but it was a producer too till developed root maggots and chipmunks decided to shop there.

Early on there (old house) planted head lettuce. And one day they were ready to pick - all of them. Had heads up the wazoo.

Never stayed in S. Nags Head, so can't compare to way up north or HI.

And....you let this Capt tease the heck out of you re: PA and you let it slide??:):)

Back here 2 days and already OP are complainin about same stuff as always. Can say tho that they were in line to mow this Capt's lawns and get paper and mail while we were away. They may be crabby but good neighbors nonetheless.

Fall trip always nice w/ lots less folks around the beaches.
